Our Evonik Perspectives program is designed for excellent interns, students writing their thesis in our company, or apprentices who pursue a university degree after completing their training.
You will continue to receive news updates about the Group along with invitations to a number of events such as presentations, tours, and an annual gathering of Perspectives members to build a network among peers and with employees of Evonik.

UNITECH International is a network of leading European technical universities and internationally active companies. It was founded to prepare engineering students for professional careers, to offer international experiences, and to provide insights in the corporate world.
Activities focus mainly on business knowledge, social skills, and intercultural understanding. In addition, the UNITECH program includes a semester abroad and an internship in one of the participating companies. There is also an alumni association with currently around 350 members.
Evonik coaches UNITECH participants in social skills and intercultural cooperation. The company also supports the network by organizing workshops and offering case studies in addition to providing internship opportunities in Germany and other countries. more

Are you a chemistry student and an active member of the Jungchemikerforum (Young Chemist Forum, JCF) of the Association of German Chemists (GDCh)?
JCF is a platform to establish contacts between junior members of the GDCh, scientists from all over the world, and leading chemical companies. The forum is designed as a bridge between high school, university and the industry, and also cooperates with the American Chemists Society in the USA.
Evonik has supported the work of GdCh-Jungchemikerforum for many years by offering tours of its facilities, professional presentations, and organizing a spring symposium, the largest annual event of the JCF. Furthermore, Evonik is a founding member of the Friends and Sponsors of JCF. more

Experience reports of our employees:
The European Young Chemists Network evolved as an initiative within the European Association for Chemical and Molecular Sciences (EuChems). The network promotes the exchange between the various organizations of young chemists in Europe. It holds an international congress every other year and organizes an annual delegate meeting with representatives of all member organizations.
Evonik supports the annual delegate meeting of the network and also assists young chemists with expanding the network, particularly by facilitating contacts with scientists and corporate representatives. more

Are you interested in practical applications of your academic knowledge? Evonik and Enactus (formerly SIFE) will be pleased to assist you. Enactus lets you work on specific projects, from the initial idea to final realization.
The student organization Enactus was originally established in the USA and is now represented in 47 countries and at more than 1,800 universities. The objective of the network is to combine entrepreneurial spirit with social commitment. In Enactus projects, tomorrow’s executives learn to take management responsibility. The projects primarily focus on social and environmentally relevant topics.
Key Enactus events include the International Competition and the World Cup, in which participants present their projects to the top managers of leading national and international corporations.
Evonik supports the network with the annual organization of the competition, is active in the Board of Directors, and offers professional presentations and workshops. Organisationsforum Wirtschaftskongress (OFW) is a student-run company of the Faculty of Economics at the University of Cologne. Founded in 1984, the OFW sees itself as a school for entrepreneurs. Each year, the OFW offers different students the opportunity to add practical experience to their theoretical knowledge by organizing and hosting an annual international business convention, the World Business Dialogue. The World Business Dialogue aims to identify and analyze social trends and innovations by promoting exchange between key players from industry, politics, and science.
Evonik has been a consistent partner of the OFW, providing assistance with the preparation and planning of the business convention, as well as its implementation, through workshops, presentations, and exhibition stands. more
