Auditor

As proposed by the Supervisory Board, the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting on May 23, 2018 elected PricewaterhouseCoopers GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft (PwC), Frankfurt am Main, as auditor for the annual financial statements of Evonik Industries AG, the consolidated financial statements of  the Evonik Group, and the combined management report for fiscal 2018. The Supervisory Board previously ascertained the independence of the auditor.
