Natural, anionic PEG-free O/W emulsifier for low-viscous products. It shows excellent cold emulsifying capacities. It can stabilize oil contents from 5% to 30% without increasing the viscosity considerably. Can be used without a coemulsifier. Natural/vegan concepts can be formulated.
