1) We process the personal data (picture, text, mail) you provide us solely for the purposes of determining the competition winner and delivering the prize. This is undertaken within the scope of the applicable data protection law, in this case Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The data will be deleted at the end of the competition. By entering the competition, you are consenting to your personal data being processed. You can revoke this consent at any time by sending an e-mail to socialmedia@evonik.com. However, we can then no longer include you in the draw for the current competition. Furthermore, we refer to your data subject rights in accordance with Art. 12 to 21 of the GDPR and your right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority.
